Our Guarantee
SocialBoost offers a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for all paid plans. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a full refund within this period.
1. Eligibility
You are entitled to a full refund if:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase
- It is the first purchase of a given plan on your account
- The payment was successfully processed by our system
2. How to Request
To request your refund, send an email to:
Include your account email address and the reason for the request (optional). No justification is required to exercise the 7-day guarantee.
3. Processing Timeline
After we receive your request:
- We will confirm receipt within 2 business days
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days
- The amount will be returned to the same payment method used for the purchase
- The time for the credit to appear depends on your card issuer or bank
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds do not apply in the following situations:
- Request made after 7 calendar days from purchase
- Refund already granted previously for the same plan
- Account suspended for violation of Terms of Service
5. Subscription Cancellation
In addition to refunds, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle charge, but access to the current plan remains active until the end of the already paid period.
