1. Service Description

SocialBoost offers an AI-powered Instagram profile analysis platform, which includes:

• Free analysis (preview) of public Instagram profiles
• Complete reports on engagement, best times, and hashtags
• AI analysis including health score, bio audit, content DNA, and growth roadmap
• Editorial calendar with AI-generated content (Calendar plan)
• Image generation and auto-posting (Complete plan)

2. Account Registration

To access full features, you need to create an account. By registering, you declare that:

• The information provided is true and up-to-date
• You are at least 18 years old
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials

You are responsible for all activities performed under your account.

3. Plans and Payment

SocialBoost offers the following plans:

• Free Preview — basic analysis sent via email, no registration required
• Analysis Plan ($4/mo) — complete report with AI and real-time data
• Calendar Plan ($39/mo) — everything in Analysis + AI content calendar
• Complete Plan ($75/mo) — everything in Calendar + AI images and auto-posting

Prices may be changed with 30 days prior notice. Payments are securely processed by Stripe.

4. Acceptable Use

When using our services, you agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Use the service to collect third-party data without authorization
• Attempt to access private profiles or non-public data
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or its infrastructure
• Resell or redistribute the services without written authorization
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the service

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, source code, trademarks, and materials of SocialBoost are the exclusive property of the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws. Reports generated for you are licensed for personal and commercial use of your profile.

6. Data Processing

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at socialboost.com.br/en/privacy. By using our services, you declare that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SocialBoost shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these Terms. In case of termination, your data will be handled according to the Privacy Policy.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of São Paulo/SP are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms, waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the services after the change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
